No remote/ disconnected for unknown reason?

I have 2 Roku devices. One in my bedroom, one in the living room. I used my bedroom roku this morning and when I came back from work, it stopped working. My app lists it under ‘previously used devices.’

I’ve done what I’ve read in similar questions. I’ve unplugged it. I’ve checked the wifi( I know this is fine because my Roku in the living room is discoverable and still working.)

 

I can’t hold the reset button on the device because I lost the physical remote and have been using my remote.

is there anything else I can try? Thank you!!

Is your other device also a stick?  Do you have a Voice remote for it?

On the one in the bedroom, does it say "Not connected" in the upper right corner of the screen or the correct time?
