App doesn’t recognize my email?

I have been trying to set the location for my televisions, but every dang time I login in to the mobile app it says it doesn’t recognize my email and password? However, when I login on the website I have no issue at all.

Thanks for the post.

Have you tried removing the mobile app, re-installing and then authenticating your Roku account to see if the issue still occurs?
