Getting error "PrivateChannelNotAllowed" when updating feed url?

I am trying to update my feed url to add the livestream properly in one of my channels and I get :

"PrivateChannelNotAllowed" in red..

Anyone know what this error is?

We never found out why it was happening, we wound up just creating a new channel and then it all worked fine. Not the best solution but it got us up and running and proved wwe were not doing anything wrong.

Hi there, i know this happened a while ago. I'm currently experiencing the same issue, did you have luck in finding the issue and fixing it?

We never found out why it was happening, we wound up just creating a new channel and then it all worked fine. Not the best solution but it got us up and running and proved wwe were not doing anything wrong.
