Deep Linking - gets stuck in the buffering screen and remains at 0%

Jump to solution

My channel works under normal conditions.

The Channel uses RAF to play the content video.

When using the Deep Linking tester tool, the Channel works correctly and goes to play the video. Unfortunately, the video screen displays the buffering image and remains at 0%. It doesnt throw any error either! Content videos are of type - DASH .

Any ideas on whats happening?

In another screen a video was in playig state, which was impeding this video from playing!!

I was wrong about no errors.

In teh CallBackEvent of RAF - I get this error

ctx = <Component: roAssociativeArray> =
{
state: "error"
type: "ContentStateChange"
}
