- The version of the Roku Mobile app
- Model of your Roku Ultra
- What Specific channel you were trying to add?
In the meantime, could you please try to add another channel to see if the app is still crashing?

Hello.
Here is my configuration:
iPhone 11 Pro Max (iOS 16.0.2)
Roku Ultra 4800X (OS 14.0.4, build 4.12218-C2)
The Roku App (official), Software version 11.4.1.16902284.10
When I try to install any channel via The Roku App (official), the app crashes.

Can some one update on the status for this problem ?
Maybe you guys just changed app store id ? (previously it was '11')
If so what is the new one ?
