Example RSG application Authentication+and+Linking ?

I'm working on some RSG conversions and looking at the docs, wondering if there is a sample / example application that goes with the screens shown for Authentication+and+Linking here? https://sdkdocs...

Some of the screens for the link code you'll need to make (labels) for, as well as the server interaction, but I've been having a difficult time going through every page of the wiki to pick out sample zips to look at.  Rather than having the big 'everything in here' sample app, it'd be better to go back to old style where they had a sourceforge repository with each individual zip IMO.
