Some lines (#2, 5, 7, 10, 11) are justified in extremely ugly way, others are left aligned - and i cannot guess the logic behind. It is not the words title-casing, not every-other-line, not number of words per line, not line length in characters, not rasterized length, not prime-numbered lines... Jocularly i checked if it choses the lines that are worst to stretch but it ain't that either. Seriously puzzled.

What gives?

Probably need to remove the trailing spaces on the affected lines. Each one that is full justified has a trailing space.

Wow, astute observer you are - thank you!
I hate magic behavior - but spaces, i can work with/around that.

Any idea if this behavior is by design/as-expected? Or a lemon.

I don't know if it's expected behavior - it's certainly not documented anywhere.
