Bought a new Roku voice remote PRO. Paired and worked great with my old express units Showing function lights too. It worked for about two days then quit. I tried recharging. NO LIGHTS. Tried with TV it worked with the right to left functions only. NO up down. Tried the pairing within the menus on the screen. NO change lights never show. SKU # RCS01RW.
The volume and mute work fine.
I liked this but a useful life of two days is not worth the 32.00
bought from this site. requested RMA
Any other things that I can do?

We're sorry to hear about the experience—that's not what we aim for.
Could you try to press and hold their pairing button on your remote for 15 secs then see if the remote charges?
