Help with Roku remotes and accessories, including pairing a remote, setting up TV power & volume control, using voice commands, power adapters, cables, headphones, and wireless speaker accessories.
Bought new Roku Express 4k and installed it, yesterday it was fine. Today my TV remote doesnt work (new batteries) with it ( not roku remote) and also on the tv in front of the picture the Tools menu is up and it flashes and doesnt let me scroll down or exit it. Just flashes on and off. Any suggestions? Thank you !
I'm not following you. You have an Express 4k+ connected to a non-RokuTV and now that TV's remote doesn't work to control the TV? I would start by unplugging the power from the TV for several seconds and then plug it back in.
