Can you provide some details when you say it won't work?

after factory restore it went to setup it asked for english and then it asked me for password and know it will not work.

do i throw it away or can it be fix

What is your Roku model number, your router model number, and ISP (internet service provider).

Are you sure you are entering your wifi password correctly?  Have to ask since sometimes people try to put in their router password rather than their wifi password.

I am sure you don't have to throw it away just yet.  Just have to figure out what is the issue.

Do you know how to access your router settings if you have to?
