 I know my remote is working. But I cannot pull up home page to get to settings or any pages for that matter🤷‍♀️ My phone won’t work remotely either. App page says remote is no longer available thru the app. Could my version of Roku be outdated?

To better help you, could you please share the specific type of Roku device you are using? In the meantime, we suggest restarting your Roku TV or device and resetting your remote by pressing and holding the Back and Home buttons simultaneously for about 20 seconds. After doing so, pair it again.
