Roku tv remote buttons are not working correctly. .

When I press the volume buttons or back button it takes me to download the radio channel. The mute button goes to the left and the home button scrolls down.

I'd say you need a new remote.  You could try taking it apart and cleaning the contacts, but they're not easy to get apart.

Perhaps restarting by pulling the power plug for a minute or so then plugging it back in will help.
