Please let us know which channel you’re trying to launch with voice commands. In the meantime, we suggest you try rebooting your Roku remote by pressing and holding the back button for 20 seconds. Additionally, try using the Roku mobile app to see if the issue occurs. If it persists, please let us know.

I cannot even get a response from pressing the mic button. It starting trying to use the voice feature to search for a movie. I have since tried many different voice searches and none work. I have the Roku phone app, but I paid $30 for a voice remote and would like to use the feature on the remote.

Could you please check if the Hands-free voice on the remote is on or off? It's located on the side of the remote. Green is for on, and Black is for off.

It is currently on. I have tried sliding it back and forth, and it is responsive as I could also see it moving on the screen when I was repairing the remote
