Roku remote not pairing Remote began malfunctioning by not moving through the apps left to right and

the buttons would not work. When I attempted to disconnect and reconnect it, it would move once and then it would freeze. I attempted to disconnect it and connect it but the pairing screen came up and now it will not pair. Then, I managed to get the green button but the pairing screen would not disappear; now the remote has a low pitch buzzing sound.

Can you please provide the serial number/device ID on your Roku device ? I'll be able to assist you further from there.
