I’m having the same issue with a Roku Express I recently purchased from Amazon.  Player works with a remote from one of my other Roku players.  How can I get a replacement remote??

I have done all the troubleshooting for my remote and it still isn't working I have not had the roku express for a month yet and refuse to buy a new remote either fix my problem or send me a new remote for free

We would recommend starting with the troubleshooting steps suggested in this Support link: How to fix your Roku® voice or simple remote that is not working. If still no dice, reply here with the serial number of the Roku device associated with the affected remote. You can check my post above to know where to locate it.
