Roku is talking to me as I click on anything. Can I turn this off??

Roku is talking to us as we click on anything. How can I turn this off? I tried in Setting and audio and it did not go off.

The setting is in the Accessibility settings.  You can also turn it off by pressing * on your remote four times.
