Roku TV remote is not working

I don’t have the video camera. But my Roku tv remote will no longer work.  Customer service does not answer.

For warranty service you will have to get in touch with Roku Tv manufacturer since Roku only supplies UI for Roku tv's. But now you can purchase a new Roku tv IR remote directly from Roku for $9.99:
