Roku Streambar remote batteries died in one week

I purchased a Roku Streambar one week ago and the batteries in the remote have already gone dead.

Model: 9102RW

Serial Number: YL00CG855154

Software version: 12.0.0 build 4184-95

Please let me know if there is a fix for this otherwise I will return the unit to the store while I still can.

May we know where did you purchase your Roku streambar? If it's not under Roku, we strongly advise you to get in touch with the manufacturer and request a better alternative.
