Don't worry, norameehan, there are a few things you can try for the OK button. First, check if there's any dirt or debris stuck around the button that might be blocking the signal. You can use some compressed air to gently clean it out. If that doesn't work, try restarting your Roku device itself. Sometimes that can clear up any glitches.
I have a Roku voice remote. There is not a pairing button at the back of the remote. I have already tried changing the remote batteries.
I am currently using the remote app.

We'd like to know if this information will help based on your experience. Please try resetting your Roku remote, as this often resolves issues.
To reset it, press and hold the Back and Home buttons simultaneously for about 20 seconds. After doing this, pair the remote again and test the Ok buttons to see if it makes a difference.

My exact same remote just started doing the exact same thing yesterday out of nowhere. I have followed all advice from rebooting everything to factory resetting the whole Roku. I now cannot repair the remote. When I hold the back and home buttons it doesn't do anything at all. The light only comes on when I hit the power button then fades away.

Still not fixed and does not work
