Roku 65R8B5 TV Remote RC-OS1 won't sync with Hotwire Fision Remote

Jump to solution

The process to pair/sync my Hotwire Fision Remote seems very simple. It provides for 3 functions

1. Power - to turn on/off the Hotwire Set Top Box and the Roku TV

2. Volume

3 Input

1 and 2 work but the Input does not. I have the Hotwire as HDMI1 but it doesn't seem to even "remember" that. It seems that when the Roku starts up, it goes to its own "Home Page" and even using the Roku remote it is necessary to move around on the first screen to even get to the HDMI1 icon. Many thanks.
