So I’ve had my tv for years and I have no idea what’s going on, the tv itself isn’t connecting to the remotes and I try the downloaded on on my phone and it doesn’t connect. I have no way of using my tv because none of the controls work and I’ve tried resetting the tv, I’ve tried unplugging it for hours, rebooting my remotes by pressing the back and home button because I don’t have a pairing button on either of them. I bought a universal Roku remote that is suppose to be preprogrammed and that also doesn’t work on the tv. The TV is the issue and I just don’t know how to get it fixed.
