Remote range suddenly reduced

Remote suddenly stopped working past 1 feet range/distance. It had worked at 9 foot distance, no problem for the last six months I've had it and it's suddenly stopped yesterday and now only works at 1 foot. I have already replaced with new batteries, yes. And I have already unplugged and restart all devices, yes. And it is still doing the same thing. This is not functional at 1 foot. How do you buy a new remote ?

Hi @Nicoletteglam,

Thank you for posting here in the Roku Community.

We want to take a few steps to ensure we provide the best service. Please complete the power cycle by unplugging your TV for about 2 minutes.

This includes unplugging the HDMI cables from the TV and the power supply.

Then please remove the batteries from the remote after plugging them all in and placing them in the remote.

If the problem persists, please keep us posted!
