Hello all

I am trying to pair my Roku streaming stick + remote to my TV. But I cannot find my brand on the list of brands.

Roku suggests my TV to be a Sony. I have tried the codes for Sony without any luck.

The TV is a:

SOVOS svktv15dp

Properly 10years old

After searching the forum and trying different brands. The closest i got was "PROSCAN" code 16. Where the mute button turns the volume up.

Any assistance would be appreciated.

The Proscan codes have a mix of RCA, LG, and Samsung tv codes. So, try each of those brand's codes.

Just to be clear, I have a "Sovos" tv.

I just tried the "PROSCAN" codes after I had searched the forum.

Also, i have just retried LG, Samsung and RCA codes. No luck with them

The only universal remotes with a code for Sovos is EU universal remotes. Many European tv brands don't have equivalent code in North American sold products, sorry. You will have to switch your Roku model to one that accepts IR commands which Stick do not. Then get an aftermarket learning remote that has Roku code. And then teach the sovos volume and power to the universal remote.
