Remote randomly opens TV menu and turns on audio guidance. Can't turn it off with Roku remote obviously. Anyway to stop this from happening?

If the Roku IR conflicts with TV IR commands nothing will change that, neither has multiple IR addresses. You could abandon the Roku IR for good switch to WiFi Roku remote. Which are sold separately.

@Silverhand8858, does it happen when you press the Mute button?  A lot of TVs seem to use a long press of that button to enable audio guidance.

Yeah. Long pressing mute is what's causing it. Didn't realize until you said that
