Ever since we agreed to the system dispute page, our remote has been totally locked. Tried the easy way to unlock it (off/on MANY times), changed the batteries (MANY times) and the reset button for the factory reset (MANY times) and we are still locked. TV goes directly to the agreement page and we cannot navigate off of it. Very frustrating as we cannot try any other methods of resetting it. We know that it is in the wireless system as we moved another, smaller TV in and hooked it up. Same thing happened. Would love to get some help with this problem.
Try using the Roku mobile app on your phone as a remote. Also, if you have a Roku device connected to a Roku TV, make sure you're using the TV's remote.
