Remote has a mind of its own

Same problem! I have two of the same remotes, and both are doing the same thing. The are not dusty, and I keep changing the batteries but it continues! How and why would they both be doing the same thing?

Re: Remote has a mind of its own

We just just started having the same problem. It happened to all our remotes at the same time. We changed the batteries and reset them all. Nothing.

Mine is doing the same thing. We tried 2 different remotes. I click on Hulu or peacock then it skips around and you can’t click on anything. This box is only a couple months old.
