Remote and streaming issues

I have two TCL Roku tvs in my basement on separate walls. The basic remotes work on them plus all the other tvs ( TCL Roku) in my house. One of the basement tvs came with the enhanced voice remote. Is there a way to sync it to both TVs so I only have to use one remote? When I sync it to the other tv it stops working on the tv is was previously synced to.

Separately, when streaming both devices on YouTube tv, they are off a few seconds. Is there a way to have them synced so they are playing at the same time (mainly football games).

Voice remotes control the Roku via WiFi.  They can only be paired to and operate a single Roku.

Non-voice remotes control via infrared (IR) control signals that work with any compatible Roku, so they don't need to be paired, in fact they have no provisions for pairing.  Note that Roku TVs and separate Roku devices use different sets of IR control codes and so are not interchangeable.
