I just got a roku Express last week and after just a couple of days, the remote is not working. I’ve changed batteries, tried to reset the device, unplugged it, let it sit without batteries, etc.  The remote simply does not work!! How can I get a replacement or do I need to return whole thing?

I’m not sure if my reply posted but it’s still not resolved. SN off of box is S008325L7C41.
