My TV is not connected to the WIFi but I lost my remote so I’m using the app. 
When I click on choose devices the tv does not show up.. 

I have tried to turn wifi off and on and still nothing

For clarification, are you experiencing the issue on a Roku TV or Roku player connected to a TV? If it's Roku TV, please be advised that remotes for Roku TVs are manufactured directly by the TV manufacturer. We recommend contacting the TV manufacturer's customer support team to report the issue and get help.
