For clarification, are you experiencing the issue on a Roku TV or Roku player connected to a TV? If it's Roku TV, please be advised that remotes for Roku TVs are manufactured directly by the TV manufacturer. We recommend contacting the TV manufacturer's customer support team to report the issue and get help.
