Private listening remote and Roku Express

Will the private listening remote pair with a Roku Express bought in 2022? I do not want to use the app for private listening. I would like to get the remote but don't want to waste money of they don't work together. Thanks!!

Re: Private listening remote and Roku Express

I would believe so.  I still have the Roku Express+ 3910 (which I’ve had for two years since February 2020; bought online from Walmart), which originally came with the Simple Remote.  Last week, I’ve replaced the original remote with the regular Voice Remote (without private listening) (bought from a local Walmart retail store), and it works great with my Roku device.  So, the Voice Pro remote with private listening should work with your Roku device.

What is the model number of your Roku Express device anyway?  You should be able to find it on either the bottom of the unit itself, or the bottom of the packaging box.

The Voice Remote Pro ($30) will connect to the Roku Express model 3930 (the current one that has been in production since 2019).
