Power outage, Roku turns on but doesn't respond

Periodic power outages lead to "Not connected", and Roku screen comes up but does not respond to any remote button

New remote, new batteries. New stupid "smart" Korean TV. Also new stupid Xfinity modem, which comes back on after power outage but does not renew wifi for up to a day.

    Hi 236,

    Greetings from the Roku Community!

We appreciate your reaching out about this issue. We would like to provide support and help you get back up and running.

If I understand correctly, you're using the Roku voice remote, which relies on your wireless network. It's likely that it was disconnected during the power outage.

If you can still see the light indicator, try holding the pairing button for at least 10 seconds then try again to see if that works.

For additional support, you can check it here: Why is my Roku remote not working?

    We hope this helps.

    Regards,
    Rey
