Since the update my Remote doesn’t work except for Netflix, Disney and the other 2 channels on the front of the Remote. All I see is an ad to purchase a new streaming device. I can’t get past the ad. I’m very upset. All I can watch is Netflix. Please send another update to get this Ad off my screen.

Can you please provide more detailed information about the issue you are experiencing? What Roku model device are you using? Have you tried replacing the batteries on your remote? What are the steps to reproduce the issue? What troubleshooting steps have you tried?
