I have the same issue. Remote will not operate unless plugged in. The aerial # is YH00FX477457. I have tried the resets to no avail.

Just to confirm, are you referring to the rechargeable remote? If so, we suggest you try to recharge it for 3 hours without using it.
In the meantime, you can install Roku mobile app as an alternative to a physical remote. It works well with all of Roku's streaming devices/TVs and functions just like your physical remote.
Let us know if the issue is still persistent after you've recharged it for 3 hours and we'd be more than willing to continue assisting you with this.
