Missing subtitles using specific device - HULU

I've been watching a show in Hulu called "HIP - High Intellect Potential" (the French subtitle version). For two of the episodes, subtitles did not show up. Season 1 Episode 7 and Season 2 Episode 5. For all other episodes in seasons 1 and 2, subtitles are fine.

I discovered the subtitles are only missing when I use this player:

  Model 4660X - Roku Ultra    Software version 14.1

The subtitles do correctly appear when I either watch from a PC, or if I use my other player:

Model 4630X - Roku Premiere+  Software version 14.1

You might want to reach out to Hulu directly and let them know.  It sounds like an issue within the Hulu app itself.

It's advisable to contact Hulu support directly and sharing with them your experience with their app. It's important to note that channels on Roku are developed and maintained by the channel providers.
