Initial setup, does not recognize my tv for voice remote and can't get past this.

Just bought a new Roku streaming stick 4K with voice remote (battery powered) and during the initial setup I get to activating the remote section why when I enter my tv type it does not find it and I can't get past this point. The TV brand is Axxera. I had a Roku on this TV previously with no issues in setting it up.

    I did a google search on it and found the answer. Use Brand Seiki which is the company that makes the tv for Axxera.

    See this thread for some other brands to try.

    You should be able to just reset the stick or unplug the power for several seconds to get past the TV control setup if there's no way to get out of it and pressing Home doesn't work.  Hopefully that won't put you right back where you started.
