If your Roku Volume with headphones is not working or can only get Half the Normal Volume

My Roku remote M/N RC03 can increase the volume of wired headphones but cannot decrease the volume.

I have a similar problem.  I can increase the volume in the wired headphones but cannot decrease the volume.

  2. Scroll and select Settings.
  3. Select Remotes & Devices.
  4. Select Remote.
  5. Choose your voice remote from the list and select Set up remote for TV control.
