Home screen appears, but remote can't access

I have 2 Roku sticks (both with voice & pairing button in battery case) in different rooms. All of a sudden neither works.

I have changed batteries, unplugged. reset, tried pairing, downloaded app to my iphone, even paid for tech support. No luck.

The screen is either blank or if the home screen appears, I can't access it from the remote.

Any ideas?

If you are still unable to resolve the issue you are experiencing, can you please provide the serial number/device ID on your Roku device? I'll be able to assist you further from there.
