No, it isn't.
NONE of the suggested fixes worked. Tried them all, multiple times.
Behavior is exactly the same with other "magic" remotes. EXACTLY the same. It is described in detail in the July thread.
We have an older unit but the behavior described is the same problem. I was unable to contact "Roku Carly" for any additional updates.
I am providing the information requested by that thread.

Has anybody discovered a means to resolve this? We were considering upgrading but based on the July thread we have no desire to invest in a problematic system.
Somebody please advise.
