Buttons not working on replacement remote

I have a replacement remote because my last one blew up, sorta. Anyway, the one I currently have, the buttons are not working. Not all the buttons but majority of them. I thought it was the batteries but I changed them and they still are not working. Help

Could you please provide us with some more details regarding the issue?

  • Provide the serial number of the device to which your remote is paired.
  • Could you please specify which specific buttons are not functioning properly?

  • Please let us know the other troubleshooting steps you have already taken.
