3810X cannot paring with new remote

I have Roku Streaming Stick 3810X, and I lost Remote.   I bought new remote, Roku Voice Remote (Model: RCAL7R) but I cannot pair with the stick. I also cannot use ROKU app to control it. The stick will only show pair screen and nothing else.

I have followed all the 'fix' recommendations on the website (replaced the batteries, unconnected/reconnected the stick from the tv, etc.) but the remote still does not work.

I would appreciate any other recommendations. Do you have Remote to use for 3810X?

Do you still have the original USB cable for the 3810? No other USB cable will work, it is what the remote and internet is communicating with, not the Stick itself. Regular USB will allow power but nothing else. The original USB cable has bump in it it's called long-range wireless receiver it is no longer available separately, so yours is gone or broken your only remedy is new Roku. 😞
