Thanks for the post.
There are a couple of things you can try to resolve this issue.
- have you tried replacing the batteries on your remotes?
- have you tried changing the wireless broadcast channel on the router to see if this will allow your device to connect?
In addition to trying the two about troubleshooting steps, can you also provide us with the Roku models that you are using so we can try to provide further troubleshooting steps if necessary.
Please keep us posted.
Thanks,
Danny
I've changed the batteries a lot the channel of my router/routers should not be the issue I test a lot of routers several wifi 6, a wifi 6e, a Orbi mesh system with 2 Satellites, and a Velop router in the past 4-5 months they all have used different channels and until recently I had the only Wifi signal within miles of my home so no other wifi interference. This only affects my Rokus when they reach a certain age not sure if it's wear on electronics? I have even changed to different remotes some never used I aquired from previous testing of Roku devices.

I agree. This the second Roku player I have over few years behaving same way as my previous model. After sometime the players are extremely unresponsive.

We do not have enough details from your original message to make an effective suggestion. Could you tell us specifically about the issue you're running into? How about your Roku device model? You can locate it in Settings > System > About.
With more information, we can assist you further.
All the best,
