Here are a few things to try:
Please reset the network connection by navigating to Settings >System> Advanced system settings > Network connection reset > Reset connection.
Try to remove the channel, update the Roku device by going to Settings > System > System update > Check now, restart your Roku device, and add back the channel.
We recommend restarting your Roku player, go to Settings > System > System restart. If you have a Roku TV, Go to Settings > System > Power > System restart > Restart and unplug your TV for 10-15 minutes then plugging it back in
