Everything stopped working.

Everything quit working! The ROKU will not connect to the internet, the remote is flashing but not getting off the language page, the mobile app can’t find a device. I’ve tried new batteries, resetting my router, resetting the device and nothing.

 I have an Express. #pissednooneatrokuwillhelp #customersupport #noteligibleforcustomersupport #pissedoff

Thanks for the post.

Can you please specify the issue you are experiencing? What Roku model device are you using? Have you already tried factory resetting your Roku device?

For clarification, if you are setting up your Roku device, the Roku mobile app will not be able to connect to your Roku device until the device is on the same wireless network as the mobile device.

With more detailed information, we will be able to assist you further.
