Roku Network Connection Guest Network

I am staying at an Airbnb with a Netgear guest Network.  When searching for available networks I find the primary network that is not available to use.  However I do not find the guest network.  I know it's available as I am using for other devices.  I have a Roku Express. I have restarted multiple times. I have tried entering the network name directly.  No luck. Any suggestions? Thanks

It is possible that this Guest network is a 5ghz Guest Network.

Your Roku Express can only see and use an available 2.4ghz network.

May be worthwhile to see if the network owner can verify and enable the 2.4ghz Guest Network for you.
