Tried all the instructions but still cannot get bulb to connect

It tells me connection failed and reenter password but password is correct. I rebooted router and modem. Even tried it on my tablet and still not able to connect light to wireless.

The password is correct.

It is yellow and then pulses white and then I get the previous mentioned error message
