Thanks for bringing to our attention that your Roku Smart Plug SE is not powering on. We would be more than willing to sort this out for you.
Before we start, could you please tell us what is the model of your Roku Smart Plug SE? In the meantime, let's see if this will work for you.
Restart your Smart plug
Unplug the smart plug from the power source and then plug it back in.
Factory reset your plug
- Plug in your smart plug if not already powered on
- Press and hold the Power button until the status light begins to flash blue.
Try also to plug it into different power outlets. If the issue persists, please let us know.
