We truly understand that you're also experiencing this issue with ESPN. No worries; we're here to help you in resolving this problem. 

Since this matter is already under investigation, we need additional details to include your device in the review our Roku team is conducting. 

  • Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and software OS/version. (These can all be found in Settings > System > About).
  • Channel Build Version (You can find this by selecting the channel on the Home screen and pressing the * button.)
  • Tracker ID when this issue occurs. (When you see this issue occur, press the Home button five times, followed by the Back button five times, and provide us with this ID.)
  • A photo or video clip referring to the issue.

This will enable us to determine where the problem is coming from and provide you with the best resolution available.

Again, I had no problems with the ESPN app until two weeks ago. I have tried every solution to no avail. Short replays work which shows there's no internet problems. The network is showing 75mbps with excellent connectivity when I look at the network settings in the System pull down.
