[Waiting on partner] Max Channel - Stuck on Sign-In Screen

I’m sorry but I’ve been thru all this with MAX support and they have yet to get back to me and honestly I’m not wasting my time just fix it you guys or them I’m not running around my house to all 8 Roku devices doing this it’s just getting OLD.

Woke up this morning 12/13/24 and Logged out AGAIN! This is getting really OLD

Thank you mister wizard . That’s why I have a support ticket for over a month in limbo with max HOWEVER this only effects ROKU devices if you look in your Max account online in registered devices ROKU no matter how many you have show as ONE where as other devices XBOX , PLAYSTATION, etc show each individual device SO is that a MAX issue OR is it a ROKU device ID issue?

Same issue here daily. Happens only on Max app and Roku Tv and TV with Roku Sound bar. Get it fixed people. It’s very annoying!

And today max support sent this which make NO sense there is no setting on Roku like this

1. Press "Home" on your Roku remote
2. Navigate to settings
3. Select System
4. Select User Accounts
5. Find the account you want to change and uncheck "Remember sign-in information"

I saw the same directions on a simple google search on how to fix this issue. And yes you are correct, there is no “remember sign in information” to uncheck. So this is pointless to try if anyone comes across it. 

I am having the same issue.  What is the solution?

Issue still there in all our devices. Between Roko smart TV’s and Roku devices I have 12 spread across my house, out in our casita and in our sports patio. Do you seriously expect me to send you that information from all 12 of my devices? That seems ridiculous for an issue that I did not cause and is 100% on you guys and Max.

My new roku tv is doing the same thing.

The problem seems to have corrected itself after I made my post and before I could get the information you're asking for.

So for now I'm OK.

I thought so too after logging in several in the house last night but first thing this morning my movie room 24 ultra logged right back out on launching it !

i have too many Rokus in house to keep playing this game ONLY MAX does this

HisSvt2, if only Max does it then only Max can fix it.  Clearly they have something in their code that only allows so many devices logged in at one time.

Just finished watching robocop on max in my movie room NOONE else using max anywhere go to look for another movie pops an error and logs itself out .

HisSvt2, I think that's just one more indication that MAX doesn't have a clue what they're doing.

Same issue almost daily. Might cancel our HBO Max account until they figure this out. It's almost unusable like this.

I did your instructions, and I have the same issue on every device. Issue ID is 1L-010-434. I have updated everything and it literally happens almost daily. Please don't make me switch from Roku. This is getting insane.

There are no updates, i’ve tried Roku’s recommendations and every roku device i have in my house, which is many, are getting logged out the day after logging into Max. this is ridiculous and has been going on for a few months. every single one of my non roku devices do not have this issue with Max like Roku does. please fix this. is it ruining the roku experience and we are thinking about getting rid of these devices if this is not resolved. you guys have had more than enough time.
