Our team would like to gather more information for us to review and investigate the issue you have encountered with the NFL app and its contents.

To assist us in the investigation, can you please provide the details below:

• Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and OS version. (this can all be found in Settings > System > About)
• Tracker ID (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times, and provide us with this ID)
• Channel build version (This can be found by selecting the channel on the Home screen and pressing the * button).
• Specific behavior of the issue.

Once our team gathers the information, we'll be able to investigate and proceed to necessary actions in addressing the issue.

This problem has been going on with Roku and the NFL app for several weeks in the playoff games. It kicked me out last night for Detroit/Washington game and now today it is doing the same thing for the eagles/LA rams playoff game. I can watch the game only on my laptop at NFL premium + site but not using my Tv/Roku and the NFL app. This situation also happened during the playoffs last weekend.

This did not fix the problem, app is up to date, when using NFL+ to watch replay of full game, it kicks me off after 2-3 min. I tried at least 6 times, keep getting kicked off, even signed out and signed on.. nothing is allowing me to watch the full game replay without being kicked off.

I'm getting ready to sit down and enjoy some NFL playoff games. But judging by the recent posts, the NFL app still doesn't work on Roku. And that I have to install an Amazon Fire Stick to watch the games. Really??? Come on team Roku, get this fixed. The most important part of the NFL season, and I can't watch games I paid for because your device doesn't work. I had people come by last week to watch the games and it was embarrissing as I was trying everthing I could think of to get the games to play correctly. And of course I couldn't. And considering NFL+ only allows you to watch the game when they finish, I had no way to watch the games because they were already over! I guess I'm heading to the store to buy a Fire Stick so I can watch todays games.

This is a real issue for Rokus.  This was happening last week and is also happening this week.   I use the NFL app to watch NFL games.   It's a  big deal to me.  I specifically use Roku's for the NFL because the platform is easily the best available.   Skip, seek etc are way way better than the other platforms.  

Now this issue has come up for the playoffs.  I am forced to migrate to FireTV and deal with an inferior control mechanism.   Its very disappointing.
