We tried watching a completed game today (chiefs/Texans) and the app kept shutting down after 2-3 minutes of playback. We tried out other tv and the same thing happened. Ugh!! I haven't seen any solutions posted.
I'm paying for NFL channel all, but have just been kicked out of game replay 6 times in a row!! This needs to be fixed by you, ROKU, or contact NFL!

The only fix atm is a fire stick it runs the nfl app perfectly
Griz, thanks for confirming. I’m ordering a Fire stick as I type. Roku? This has been going on for days. And they keep asking for information from us regarding what version we have and such. Hey Roku, how about having your team try playing back games? So pissed!
Yes if you look this up online you will see this issue has happened a few time over at least the last 2-3 years. There are other threads on Roku issues and they always say “solved” but the it’s from the rep usually tells the person to contact Roku and doesn’t post the supposed fix which makes me suspicious

Is this how I generate a tracker issue? NFL Full Game Replay cuts off and exits the app after a couple minutes watching.
I've done all the troubleshooting including turning off things, removing apps and reinstalling, restarting them, changing privacy preferences etc.
I’m sitting down now trying to play the full game replay of the Chiefs and Texans. The replay starts, goes for a couple minutes then closes the app and returns me to the Roku homescreen. I reopen the app, select full game replay and start the game and the replay starts, not at the beginning but a minute or so before the point where it cut off. It’s starting as if I left the app and am returning to the game. So I’m watching the same thing I saw before it cutoff for a minute or so however it progresses past the point where it cutoff and runs for another couple minutes before it kicks me out of the app and returns to the Roku homescreen. I reopen the app and do it again. It starts the replay about a minute before where it cutoff the last time I tried to watch and progresses past the point where it cutoff only to cutoff again a couple minutes later.
I've been dealing with this problem related to games from last week as well. It seems the problem goes away after the NFL posts full game replays without ads, i.e. the next day. Unfortunately, that's not what I'm paying for.

This is another thing I noticed when I open on Roku it asks me to sign up for NFL+ but I am already signed in. I haven't seen that on other devices #nfl+isbroken
